Daniel Rodriguez

Chief Executive Officer & Partner

Daniel has over a decade of experience working on retirement plan design to best fit the needs and goals of his clients. He specializes in employee benefit plans and third-party administration for 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, and defined benefit plans. Daniel enjoys providing compliance and best practice support for each and every client in industries such as healthcare, nonprofits, and more. In addition to his work at CRI TPA Services, Daniel is an Adjunct Professor at Flagler College, helping to develop the next generation of CPAs.

 

Daniel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) where he was previously the Chair of the Tallahassee chapter.

Joy hodgson

Chief Operations Officer & Partner

Joy has over 22 years of experience in the field of qualified retirement plan administration and compliance of employer-sponsored retirement plans. Her background and expertise include consulting on plan design and implementation issues, regulatory and legislative rules governing qualified retirement plans, and applicable tax reporting requirements imposed on plan sponsors. 

Joy’s experience encompasses both the IRS and DOL & ERISA governance of employee benefit plans.  She works both large and small employers, self-employed individuals, corporations, non-profit organizations, and governmental entities. Joy services 401(k)/Profit Sharing plans, 457 plans, Solo-K, Cash Balance pension plans, SIMPLE-IRAs, and SEP-IRAs.

Joy is a Certified Pension Consultant and a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
