Clients and Friends,
To start, we hope that you and your family are healthy and doing well. These are challenging and unpredictable times for us all. The safety and health of our partners, staff, clients, families, and the communities in which we live and work are and will always be our top priority.
We understand that this is a busy time of year and one in which our clients communicate more frequently with their TPA. We want to assure you that professionals at CRI TPA Services, LLC remain available to assist you with your current needs, from compliance testing and contribution calculations, to processing participant distributions and loans. The methods by which you communicate with your TPA may differ, but the same level of quality delivered by the professionals you know and trust will remain the same.
Our firm has formed a cross-functional team of professionals to construct preparedness plans to ensure continuity of services to our clients, as well as to keep our clients informed of the latest changes as they push down from the federal government. Our parent company, Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI), has compiled various COVID-19 Resources, and they will update with information as things change. Our CRI TPA professionals are continuously monitoring these updates, and we aim to communicate their impacts to our client base as the official guidance is determined.
In the interest of “social distancing,” as recommended by the CDC and federal government, to help limit the transmission of COVID-19, we suggest the following in regards to your situation:
If you have electronic downloads of required filing forms, please remember that we offer ShareFile, an option for transferring your information to your CRI TPA advisor securely. Check out our ShareFile FAQ here.
Please let your CRI TPA professional know via email if you need a ShareFile link to upload your documents, and we will happily send you one.
Many of our professionals are now working remotely. We are still available by e-mail, and you can always call us and leave a voicemail. Our professionals receive voicemails via e-mail and can return your phone call.
For plan participants that may have questions concerning their distribution or loan, or if they would like to send us their paperwork, we encourage them to e-mail us at distributions@CRITPA.com. This e-mail inbox is monitored by several professionals, all of whom can review the status and provide a timely reply.
The steps taken to protect our professionals and our clients in helping slow the transmission of this virus will not impede our ability to continue to meet your needs. Our firm is open, and we are focused on you and your business.
We will communicate with you regularly, and we invite you to explore a variety of resources and follow the latest developments at CRIcpa.com. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to your CRI TPA professional at CRITPA.com.
Thank you for allowing us to serve you. We are proud to work with you as we navigate this trying time together.
